Austro-venezolanische Einfl\u00fcsse<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Patricia Moreno ist eine in \u00d6sterreich geborene S\u00e4ngerin mit Wurzeln in Venezuela. Sie wuchs in einer Musikerfamilie auf – beide Elternteile sind Gitarristen – und wurde gepr\u00e4gt von europ\u00e4ischen und lateinamerikanischen Musikstilen, die von Klassik \u00fcber Popularmusik hin zu Latin und Jazz reichen. Bereits in ihrer Kindheit verfolgte sie den Wunsch Musikerin zu werden und bereitete sich auf eine Laufbahn als klassische Violinistin vor. Im Alter von 17 jedoch \u00fcberlegte sie es sich anders und schlug eine neue Richtung ein, nachdem sie im Duo mit ihrem Vater bereits mehrmals als S\u00e4ngerin aufgetreten (Latin Roots<\/a>) war. Sie brach ihr Geigenstudium am Konservatorium der Stadt Wien ab und beschloss, professionelle S\u00e4ngerin zu werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gesangsstudien national und international<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Patricia studierte Jazz Gesang an der Konservatorium Wien Privatuniversit\u00e4t MUK<\/a> und schloss bei Ines Reiger mit dem Titel Bachelor of Arts mit Auszeichnung ab. Danach ging sie nach Boston um am Berklee College of Music<\/a> ihre F\u00e4higkeiten u.a. bei Bob Stoloff, Joey Blake und Duane Moody zu erweitern. Sie entdeckte dort neue Zug\u00e4nge zur Improvisation, sowohl als Solistin als auch als Teil von Vokalensembles.

Dar\u00fcberhinaus absolvierte sie ihr Masterstudium f\u00fcr Gesangsp\u00e4dagogik im Bereich Jazz&Popularmusik an der Universit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien<\/a> bei Elfi Aichinger und Philipp Sageder mit Auszeichnung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lehrt\u00e4tigkeiten<\/em><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Seit 2016 unterrichtet Patricia Moreno Gesang f\u00fcr Schauspieler an der renommierten Kunstuniversit\u00e4t Mozarteum Salzburg. Seit 2026 ist sie zudem Senior Artist als Hauptfachdozierende f\u00fcr Gesang an der Popularmusikabteilung der Gustav Mahler Privatuniversit\u00e4t Klagenfurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Konzerte und Zusammenarbeiten mit anderen K\u00fcnstlern<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Patricia Moreno etablierte sich als S\u00e4ngerin f\u00fcr Jazz, Popularmusik und Musik aus Venezuela sowie anderen lateinamerikanischen L\u00e4ndern in Zusammenarbeiten mit international anerkannten Musikern wie Bobby McFerrin, Joey Blake, Alegre Correa<\/a>, Wolfgang Puschnig und Markus Schirmer.

In \u00d6sterreich performte sie u.a. im Konzerthaus Wien, dem Wiener Musikverein und dem European Music Council. International tourte sie als Solistin in Deutschland, Spanien, Italien, Griechenland, der Ukraine, England, Nord Korea, Venezuela und den U.S.A. Sie trat in Formationen auf, welche von Duo und Quartet bis zu Big Band und Symphonisches Orchester reichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
